RE Revision Course in Civil Procedure Law

Revision of subject matter and exam-preparation.
The revision course is focused on particularly important, highly relevant and complex subject areas of civil procedure law including procedures in "contentious" and "non-contentious" matters, enforcement and insolvency law as well as European civil procedure.
A mix of discourse and discussion depending on the (active) collaboration of the students.
No tests.
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
NOTICE!
Students who have attended regularly and have not been absent for more than one fifth of the hours will be awarded the certificate "attended with success" (1.5 ECTS).
