Targeted and in-depth preparation of students for the course examination Introduction to Corporate Law. The course aims to provide an introduction to private law; in particular, the interest of students of the bachelor's programme "Business Law" with regard to the importance of civil law in business practice should be awakened.

Concentrated and intensive repetition of material for introduction to company law.

Evaluation based on a final exam at the end of the course for all participants.

Students who have attended regularly and have not been absent for more than one fifth of the hours will be awarded the certificate "attended with success" (0.5 ECTS).

Will be discussed during the first course.
