Contents:

The focus of the tutorial will lie on the Roman Law of Obligations.

Methods:

Exegesis of case law. Analysis and discussion of cases upon juridical opinions and principles of private law; subjects and handouts online.

Assessment:

Two written exams, oral participation, attendance required.
