Development of various scientific perspectives on the topics of art, culture, organization and management (focus: evaluation, marketing and leadership). Build up intellectually critical and practically relevant repertoire in order to understand social and economic contexts and to be able to act accordingly.
Acquisition of competence on the part of students in the sense of expertise, critical ability to reflect on theoretical findings and their context; Be able to define and pursue research interests in a structured way, concise writing and argumentation as well as to communicate one's own findings with commitment.
