Students develop the ability to develop moderation concepts, to implement and to reflect them critically.
Students know basic processes and tools for monitoring and counseling of study groups.
Introduction to the moderation method,
Development of and work in small groups, social-psychological insights of the group research, social influences on small groups,
Introduction to research consultancy, coaching approaches, supervision and intervision
Lecture, discussions, trying concepts of moderation in exercise and real situations
final written exam: 60 minutes
