One's own critical examination of questions concerning bioethics, philosophical competence.
The seminar covers various areas of bioethics. In particular, it serves (1) the in-depth reading and discussion of texts on bioethics. The main focus will be on how to deal with dying and death. In addition, (2) excursions (if possible for the students, e.g. hospice) and the joint attendance of topic-relevant events will be included, as far as this is organizationally possible. In this way the students should get to know some of the bioethical practice areas in more detail.
