Knowledge of processes of promoting literature in theory and practice through preparation, participation and follow-up of the excursion.

The "Rauriser Literaturtage", which also includes the presentation of the "Rauriser Literaturpreis" for the prose debut of the year, offer the opportunity to encounter contemporary literature on a specific topic. The 51th Rauris Literature Days will take place from March 30^th to April 3^rd, 2022. As part of the annual discussion series "Rauris.Universität/Schule", which takes place with students from all over Austria, participants are supervised and prepared to take part in a public interview with a writer and possibly also to publish an article or book review. For the preparation three double lessons are offered in March. The name and work of the selected author and all other details will be announced in time. Participants will be contacted by the end of February to arrange travel and accommodation. The block event "Literary Criticism in Practice" offered at the end of May/beginning of June can be combined with the excursion in terms of content, with the possibility of writing a review or interview in the online magazine LiLiT and possibly publishing it.

The excursion is supported by an excursion grant from the University of Innsbruck.
