The course will develop reading comprehension and writing competence at B2 level of the CEFR, focusing on structure and vocabulary of various text types (narrative, media language, instructions, brief argumentation).

Reading comprehension (text analysis, close reading), thematic vocabulary, written skills with input und referring to topics of educational and professional life. Short translation from German into Italian. Summary writing skills.

Interactive approach, self-guided learning.

The final mark results from the 3 components:

- final written exam (40%);
- portfolio of texts (30%);
- presence, commitment, regular delivery of homeworks (30%).
