The graduates are able to analyze the structure of a sport; To develop training plans in the context of long-term performance development, to identify the connections between the components of the medium-term performance development, to structure training plans according to the principle of individuality and age.

 Structure analysis of the chosen sport, deduction of forecasting services, consideration of the content and stress parameters of the long-term performance development, creation of a quantifiable year training plan in a spreadsheet program; Coordination of training decisions on social and personal characteristics of the athlete; Develop selected, detailed micro cycles

 lecture, writing workshops, assignments

Submission and Presentation of a quantifiable year training plan, which was prepared in a spreadsheet program as well as detailed microcirculations

Literature, texts and information must be independently sought by the students for their topic position within the framework of work assignments and integrated into the training planning.
