Extended knowledge of special metabolic pathways (amino acids, cholesterol), structure and properties of important biomolecules (isoprenoid compounds, DNA), gene structure and regulation, protein structure and function, signal transduction.

Advanced treatment of essential metabolic pathways, gene structure and transcriptional regulation, protein structure and function, biological signal transduction.
