Learning of the practical andtheoretical working methods, with special emphasis on the realisationof a thesisin one the four pharmaceutical subjects.

Contents:

Microbiological work like cell culture of various types of cell-lines, i.e. human immune cells and tumor cells
Pharmacological assays like cell viability assay and detection of cytokines by ELISA
Preparation of samples for UPLC-MS/MS analysis, including solid phase extraction for lipid mediators and extraction of lipids
