At this level the learner can understand everyday expressions and simple sentences aimed at the satisfaction of simple needs of a concrete type; he/she can introduce themselves and others and ask questions about personal details - e.g. where they live, whom they know and what things they own - and can answer questions of this kind; he/she can communicate in a simple way if the other person is sympathetic and speaks slowly and carefully.

Linguistic Goals:
to compare things with each other; to allow/ forbid something; to understand a CV; to prepare oneself for an job interview

Structural Goals:
preterito perfecto – to describe actions completed in the past but are still influencing the present; the comparative of adjectives  - to compare different things with each other and to compare them; the continuous aspect - to describe actions/ states happening at the time of speaking; use of “saber” and “poder”; imperative – to give orders/advices; indefinido; use of „hace“, „desde“, „desde hace“ – to describe duration and point in time; preterito perfecto - to describe actions completed in the past but are still influencing the present
