Students have an advanced understanding of the the theme complex of automation and control, which is vital to the functional design of mechatronic systems. Additonally to their basic knowledge of this specialist area the students are able to use advanced methods for system-modeling, analysis and synthesis and to apply them in a targeted and innovative way.

Alternatingly courses on special module-relevant themes, eg. applied automatisation, optimized filtering, robust and optimized control are offered;

Lecture with computer-based exercises.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
