The ability to assess positions regarding the global refugee crisis.
The global refugee crisis is a crisis for western countries and a crisis for refugees. Even if they survive the dangerous transits, refugees expect no valuable options between living in urban slums, living in squalid refugee camps, and struggling with difficult ways to seek asylum. Is there a good refuge?
