Overview on studies in law with a focus on civil and public law.
As a legal background for economists, the most important structures of German law are presented in outline. First, private law is dealt with (Augenhofer), with the focus on civil property law in the first three books of the German Civil Code (general part, law of obligations, especially contract and tort law, property law). An overview of public law is then presented (Schroeder).

Mandatory: Aktuelle Gesetzestexte (GG, BGB)
Accompanying the lecture: Losch/Schwartze, Rechtswissenschaft für Gesellschaftswissenschaften, 2006.
In addition three Proseminars (305824, 305826, 305827) are offered.
The first exam will take place on February 1, 2023, the second exam on March 29, 2023 and the third exam on April 26, 2023.05.10.2022
