Learning Outcome:

Basic knowledge of the most relevant areas of execution law and insolvency law.

Contents:

The tutorial aims to communicate important questions on execution law and insolvency law as well as their relation to civil proceedings; preparation for the diploma exam of Civil Procedure Law.

Methods:

Acquiring knowledge and understanding of execution law and insolvency law, mainly by means of solving practical cases and discussing them in class.

Assessment:

Written exam at the end of the semester; oral and written participation.
