Basic knowledge and understanding of the most relevant areas of civil procedure law; preparation for the diploma examination in civil procedure law.

The focus of the tutorial will be on civil procedure law and European civil procedure law (EuGVVO). If time permits, the basics of non-contentious proceedings and of the law of enforcement will also be covered. Due to time constraints, there is no room for insolvency law.

Comprehension- and examination-oriented presentation of selected topics of civil procedure law as well as deepening of knowledge of civil procedure law by solving practice-relevant exercise cases and joint discussion.

Written exam at the end of the semester, oral and written participation.
