In this seminar, participants will study and discuss current territorial conflicts in Europa (such as Armenia/Azerbaijan/Nagorno-Karabakh; Moldavia; North Macedonia; Ukraine: Crimea, Donbas…) under a historical, political, economic, social, and religious view, from an international law perspective.
The object of the seminar is current territorial conflicts in Europe. At the semester´s beginning, participants choose one conflict that interests them, prepare one presentation and write a seminar paper on it. The presentations will be held at the end of the semester (“Blocktermin”).
Lecture, discussion, seminar paper.
