The course introduces students to the research and writing skills necessary to write a diploma thesis in the field of “Commercial, Company and Securities Law”.

Th course covers the legal methods, choice of topic, literature research via data bases, citation and structuring of papers.

Assessment is based on a written text and a presentation by the participants.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed during the first course.
