The class provides an overview of current issues and topical questions in the field of business lawlaw for doctoral students.
The seminar on current problems in business law for doctoral students provides practice oriented insights in typical questions. The seminar consists of various presentations by external speakers which will serve as starting point for papers written by students.
Oral presentations by external speakers, discussion
Mandatory attendance (a maximum of two sessions might be missed). Students will also have to write a seminar paper based on one of the presented topics. The paper is due on 07.02.2023 (mailto: susanne.augenhofer @uibk.ac.at).
Will be discussed in the first class.
