Learning Outcome:

Going through the essential steps in legal protection proceedings under public procurement law.

Contents:

A special feature of this moot court is the inter-university cooperation: Teams from several Austrian law faculties participate. In addition, there is a broad cooperation with renowned practice partners who accompany the individual teams (for Innsbruck: CHG RAe).

The Moot Court events take place at different universities, which requires a certain mobility of the participants.

The Moot Court opens up valuable insights into practice and enables contacts with members of other universities and representatives of practice.
