The course intends to provide to the students a general placement of administrative law.
At the end of the course, students should have knowledge of the basic legal terms of administrative law. The course addresses beginners and is not meant to substitute the more intense course (Klausurenübung).

Main institutions of the discipline of administrative law (administrative act and the administrative measure, administrative procedure, et al.).

Short presentation; elaboration of concepts and case solutions.

Written examination, oral participation.
