Development, discussion and presentation of the requested bachelor thesis. The seminar has to be attended by everyone who is writing a bachelor thesis (regardless who the academic advisor is).

Introduction to the problem how students can apply on their own the theoretical and methodological tools of Comparative Literature to a limited issue from a comparative perspective; development of a research question in the field of Comparative Literature; exercises for literature research, composition and argumentative structure; project presentation.
Presenting a research project, discussion, short paper, Bachelor thesis.

During the course a list will be handed out that contains the texts that will be discussed in the oral presentations in June and that should be read at home beforehand.
The seminar in the winterterm 2022/23 will be held by Sebastian Donat.
