Knowledge of processes of promoting literature in theory and practice

At the beginning of the course, an overview of the history and theory of public author reading is given. After that, based on Judith Kuckart's novel "Café der Unsichtbare" (2022), the participants will learn the essentially steps, that are required for the successful implementation of a public author reading. On October 18th, the literature event with Judith Kuckart in the Literaturhaus am Inn will be carried out entirely by the participants of the course (introduction and moderation of the reading and discussion with the author).

After the course, there is also the opportunity to publish a review of the novel and/or the reading in “LiLiT”, the online magazine of the Literaturhaus am Inn.
