Learning Outcome:

Command of fundamental sport-specific techniques of cross-country skiing (skating and classic style); age and gender-specific methods as well as adequate setting of performance-adjusted running load for training groups, critical assessment of sport equipment

Contents:

Students have movement competence in selected alpine sports. They understand gender- and age-specific performance differences and are able to allocate the movement competence of others. They are able to name health-related effects and use of alpine sports for the population. They know different sports equipment, are able to evaluate and assess alpine sport specific dangers.
