Deepening of competence in creating a scientific study (sources and bibliography; footnotes, etc.); knowledge in a practical source of work and in the critical-methodological reflection of historical content.
In the seminar the developmen(s) and importance of European monasteries und monastic orders from the beginnings in the early Middle Ages to the reforms and changes of the 15th century are worket out.
Monastic orders play an essential role in the cultural, social, economic an governmental systems of the Middle Ages. Medieval monastic life was characterized by continuity and changes.

Positive assessment of one module from the elective modules 7 to 12. The respective proof ought to be produced until the end of October 2022.
