Graduates of this module have mathematical knowledge in the field of medical image reconstruction. They have become knowledgeable about current problems and methods for solving problems in this field and they are able to develop innovative solutions for further questions from these areas.
(1) Applications: X-ray CT, deconvolution, image denoising, segmentation, inpainting.
(2) Methods: variational methods, iterative algorithms, sparsity, neural networks
(3) Programming: Implementation of applications and methods in Python
