Students receive theoretical knowledge and basic principles of work and organisational analysis. Basic methods and instruments are taught. Exercises are used to apply these methods.
Based on theoretical foundations (e.g. action regulation theory), the aims, methods, meaningfulness, areas of application and basics of work and organisational analysis are taught.
Multimodal methods will be used: Theory transfer with lecture character. Consolidation and transfer of knowledge through practical exercises and applications. Discussion and reflection of own knowledge with the aim of application.
