Critical  Assessment of the most prominent approaches of cultural transformation in corporations, in health care and in Education/administration. Knowledge of the most important key models of leadership and OD - knowledge and application/practice of the most relevant concepts of OD, Leadership - Leadership systems, Exercises concerning „Humble Inquiry“ and Diagnosis of Systems and Transformation or change projects, application and practice of case clinics, Transfer into your own practice, Group presentations of topics concerning OD.

Transformation of corporations, administration and education is the big topic today. What are the core competencies of good leadership („Humble Leadership“, Leadership systems)? How does Transformation look like? Basic models of OD. What are all the Hypes about: Disruptive innovation- agile systems - New work - Holacracy - collaborative systems . The answers of OD: Humble Inquiry - group dynamics - WST - Preferred Futuring. The art of change.OD as an art and a practice

Inputs - small films or videos - casework - exercises and group presentations (on the second date or part of the workshop)
