Students will aquire in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art MD simulation techniques.
The focus of this course lies on enhanced sampling techniques and advanced system preparation for MD simulations. However, the contents are flexible and will be arranged with the participants.
The course will be mainly given in a lecture-style setting, but will also comprise hands-on training and self-study elements.
Participants are expected to bring their own laptops, further details on pre-installed software will be sent out shortly prior to the course.
