They can comprehend the development of these economical schools in the historical context and use their lessons for economical analysis.
Based on the classification by Chang (2014), the 9 most important economic schools of thought will be discussed:
Austrian, Behaviouralist, Classical, Developmentalist, Institutionalist, Keynesian, Marxist, Neoclassical and Schumpeterian. Formation, represents and standpoints, but also weaknesses will be examined.
More, heterodox schools of thought well be covered.
