To gain advanced insights into theories of radical democracy and critical border regime studies.
The seminar discusses the European border regime from the perspective of theories of democracy, focusing on the Mediterranean border space. It concentrates on contemporary theories of radical democracy and combines them with postcolonial studies approaches.
