The students acquire basic knowledge of organizational development and project work and are able to independently plan and implement a project from the fields of action school, pastoral care or adult education in a team. They develop competences in dealing with conflicts as well as the ability to reflection as a key competence of pedagogical professionalism.

Basics of communication in teams, project work and organizational development; planning, implementation and evaluation of a project. Process-oriented work, reflection on group dynamics as well as one's own professionalism and competence development with regard to solution-oriented conflict management and pedagogical training.

Group work, lecture, intercultural work, project presentation

 

Active participation in the seminar process; Presentations, written documentation and reflection of the project.

 

Kuster et al. (2019), Handbook Project Management. Agile - Classic - Hybrid, 4th ed. 

Further literature will be announced in the seminar.

Can also be taken as an elective.
