In the lecture the biological, psychological and social aspects of psychiatric disorders are explained.

The lectures will deal with issues arising in the interface between psychiatry and the law. The relationship between mental states and crime will be discussed. Different assessment procedures will be presented. Therapeutic strategies will be explained.

Lecture with discussion

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Information about the required literature will be given in the lecture.
