Knowledge of the different typologies of contracts in Italian private law. The lecture will deal with both typical and atypical contracts. In addition, the main aspects of consumer protection and the relevant norms contained in the Civil Code and in the special legislation on consumer protection in contracts will be dealt with.

In the course of the lecture "diritto civile" the individual contracts are dealt with. Both typical and atypical contracts will be discussed, such as the purchase contract, the exchange contract, the contract for work, the contract for the performance of a work, the purchase contract.

In addition, the contractual standardization and protection of the weaker party to the contract are dealt with: the opposing interests and the need for protection of the weaker party to the contract, as well as the solutions of the Civil Code (Art. 1341, 1342 and 1370 of the Civil Code).

Frontal teaching in Italian language with examples and discussion of practical cases; discussion.
