Purchase of the basic knowledge about the structure of the administrative authorities in South Tyrol and in selected areas of substantiveadministrative law considering the particularities of South Tyrol

Administrative procedures and acts (fundamentals); structure and responsibilities of the South Tyrolean provincial administration; local authorities; State administration in South Tyrol; public procurement, licences, PPP; health administration; asset management and cooperation between local authorities; spatial planning law and landscape conservation, energy law.

Lecture with discussion of practical examples and space and time for discussions with the students

Language: German; specific regard wil be given to the Italian terminology

Curriculum 2018: written exam

Curriculum 2001: The lecture is part of the maincourse and therefore relevant for the exam on administrative law
