Overview of the relation between law and gender, sex and sexuality
Introduction to topics of Legal Gender Studies such as gender identities in law, sexual harassment in criminal and anti-discrimination law, law governing sexual offences & prevention of violence, sexual orientation in law, regulation of sex work and pornography, intersectional discrimination, as well as issues of family law.
