Development of various scientific perspectives on the topics of art, culture, organization and management (focus: evaluation, marketing and leadership). Build up an intellectually critical and practically relevant repertoire in order to understand social and economic contexts and to be able to act accordingly.
Competence acquisition on the part of the students in terms of factual knowledge, critical reflection ability in relation to theoretical knowledge and its context; Being able to define research interests and pursue them in a structured manner, be able to write concisely and argue, and communicate your own findings in a committed manner.

25 places are provided for bachelor students WiWi and diploma studies IWW.
10 places are prenoted for bachelor students in the philosophical-historical and the philosophical-cultural science faculties.
