This seminar introduces the history, concepts and theories of racism research and at the same time presents the important debates on racism-critical educational work. We will deal in depth with the literature on racism-critical educational work and reflect on its possible applications in the context of educational science.
Plenary discussions, readings, presentations, homeworks.
Course with formative assessment, i.e., students are graded on the basis of written and/or oral tasks assigned regularly over the term. (Text reading, discussion participation, presentation, scientific work).

Application Requirements: Successful completion of the modules 1 to 7 and 16.
