- Durchführung und Interpretation des FMS (Functional Movement Screens) sowie die Anwendung von Korrekturübungen.
- Trainingstherapeutische Maßnahmen bei ausgewählten Krankheitsbildern (Impingement der Schulter, Achillodyndie, Knieproblematiken, ...)
- Trainingsaufbau und Belastungssteigerung nach Verletzungen in Anlehnung an die Wundheilungsphasen
- Performance and interpretation of the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) as well as implementing corrective exercises.
- Exercise therapy adressing selected problems of the human body (Impingement of the shoulder, Achillodynia, problems of the knnee,...)
- Training after injury considering the stages of tissue repair.
