Mastery of the main fundamentals of the measurement and construction of the load-bearing components made from concrete and masonry; the calculation takes into consideration their physical and geometrical non-linear behaviour;

Basic knowledge of designing and dimensioning reinforced concrete structures; knowledge of theoretical background of designing concrete structures; ultimate limit state design of concrete structures (flexural-, shear, torsion- and normal force capacity); serviceability limit state of concrete structures (deflection, crack width, stresses and strains);

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.
