summer semester 2023 | Last update: 30.06.2023 | Place course on memo listAcquisition of advanced individual knowledge in various areas of architecture, construction management and ability to use this knowledge reflectively and strategically for architectural applications.
General ability to plan construction project processes. Deepening of knowledge in project scheduling, imparting of extended technical and legal knowledge for costing and tendering, as well as procurement. Practical handling of construction projects / construction sites taking into account ON B 2110. Application of Building Information Modelling and, if applicable, Common Data Environments as a tool for achieving the results.
Character of a lecture with accompanying exercise. The theoretical basics are taught in the lecture part, and the theoretical knowledge is applied practically in an accompanying exercise based on an exercise project. The material of the lecture is continuously supplemented by real examples.
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations". Colloquium at the end of the course, seminar paper. Attendance requirement >90%.
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
