Learning Outcome:

In-depth study of private law knowledge which has been acquired in the second study section.

Contents:

The lecture will cover general contract law with a focus on business related transactions. The lecture will also cover the law of contractual forms, dispute resolution an contract form.

Methods:

The several units have to be prepared through reading selected passages of textbooks. The participants are included in the presentation of the topics; they have the opportunity to ask questions and presentation.

Assessment:

Acitve participation and involvement are scored; immanent examination character.
