Basic knowledge of Austrian, Liechtenstein and international arbitration law, comparison with state proceedings.
Austrian and international arbitration law - basics and basic concepts. Legal comparison with Liechtenstein arbitration and civil procedure law.
Lecture with discussion.
According to the number of participants the course examination will be oral or written.
Current edition of the Austrian Civil Procedure Act (for example Kodex Zivilgerichtliches Verfahren).
Basic knowledge of civil procedure law.
A guest lecture with a panel discussion will be held virtually as part of the course. Otherwise depending on the covid situation.
