Learning Outcome:

Knowledge of practice-oriented parts of European Economic Law.

Contents:

European Competition Law. Main focus on Art 101, 102 TFEU (ex-Art 81, 82 EC), Merger control, state aids, state-owned enterprises.

Methods:

Lecture with discussion, reference to case law, in particular of the ECJ.

Assessment:

Within the framework of the exam in European Union Law. Written in-class exam on request.
