Corporate finance methods and instruments. Digitalisation and automation of operational payment flows to support "internet-of-things" based business models. Implementation of blockchain-based solutions for debt issuance. Geopolitical developments and implications for corporate finance. Structuring financings in the context of large corporate acquisitions.
