Work on the basic components of physical fitness to improve health and increase motor skills in healthy adults.

Body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance. The time spent on each fitness component will be decided during the first lecture.

Practice-oriented course.

Final exam, active participation, discussion.

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
