winter semester 2023/2024 | Last update: 10.11.2023 | Place course on memo listSystematic and target-oriented design of exercise sequences with special regard to inhomogeneous groups and age-, inclusion- and gender-specific requirements; knowledge of the basic rules of selected racket games; target group-specific application of racket games.
Presentation of different racket sports (tennis, table tennis, badminton) and game forms. The focus is on the target group-specific application of racket sports in larger groups. Technical skills of the individual racket sports are less relevant.
Theoretical background, practical methodical exercises of different racket sports (tennis, table tennis, badminton), game forms, target group specific reflections (children, youth, adults, seniors, persons with special needs)
Active class participation; teaching sample; theoretical development of a target group specific racket lesson
