Excursion to a place of food production in Tyrol. Selection and date will be determined in the preliminary meeting.
Introductory reading, excursion with methodical exercise, written elaboration of field protocols.
Participation and collaboration in the preliminary excursion meeting, the excursion and the debriefing with a short presentation of the field protocols. Submission of the field protocols (prepared in writing), deadline will be discussed together.
For successful participation and completion of the course, all coursework must be completed.
