The students will gain insights in the fields of leadership, communication and handling of conflicts.
Based on established respective theories and methods various topics of leadership, communication and handling of conflicts will be introduced and combined. In specific the importance of self ledership, management leadership, emotional intelligence and communication models will be highlighted.
Lecture, teamwork practices and discussions, case studies, presentations.
